A school for the intellect

SOCH — School Of Change — is a space for intellect, growth and purpose.

We draw on a body of timeless wisdom of ancient scriptures, developed over three thousand years ago, and taught in a language built for the life you are living right now.

Its method is rigorous — study, reflection, and disciplined practice. Its purpose is freedom: not the freedom of escape, but the freedom of clarity.

Why intellect matters more than motivation?

Motivation flickers. Inspiration fades. Discipline alone is not enough without understanding, it hardens into rigidity.

The intellect is different. Once trained, it becomes the steady governor of the mind — capable of evaluation, restraint, and choice under pressure.

An intellect in good condition is the most reliable wellness practice there is.

Know the Founder

You're not alone. At SOCH, we believe that real change begins with understanding yourself not chasing society's definition of success.

I’m Meenakshi Chaudhary, founder of SOCH. This journey started for me after witnessing many accomplished people living empty lives.

Success without inner peace?
That's not success at all.

While climbing corporate ladders and being referred to as an “Industry Jewel”, among the first women from India in the solar sector, and recognised as FICCI’s “Business Woman of the Year (2018)”, I discovered something was missing. The external achievements felt hollow without internal fulfillment.

That's when I found my teacher, philosopher Swami A. Parthasarathy, and began studying under his senior disciple, Siddharth Jain, from the Vedanta Academy. Suddenly, everything started making sense. Ancient wisdom wasn't outdated philosophy - it was the missing manual for modern life.

My learning was very clear,
Happiness does not reside in material wealth or relationships. It arises from one’s attitude — selfish or unselfish.
And peace, success, or satisfaction in life is not accidental but the outcome of a trained intellect.

Today, I blend this timeless knowledge with my experiences through Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Lean Six Sigma, TOC Implementation, and insights from EY's Board Readiness for Women program.

“If you want to go fast, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.”

The result?

A practical approach that builds both worldly effectiveness and inner strength.
